Halloween is my absolute favorite! Has been for as long as i can remember. My father used to carve elaborate pumpkins and place lights and speakers in them so that he could talk to the kids as they came to the house. With a childhood like that, I guess I just couldn't get away from loving the magic of the Halloween season. I wanted to translate that love of the season into an eerie yet stylish photo shoot. I think we nailed it with some serious witchy vibes.
Kelsea & Thayne are soul mates and everyone around them can see it. They have the kind of love that makes you want to be better and try harder in your own relationships in life.
Capturing this wedding was one of the most enjoyable experiences since becoming a photographer. It was almost all DIY and put together in only 1 months time! With love like this, who wants to waste time planning a party when you could be out living the party together.

There is nothing quite as beautiful as the short lived spring blooms that cover all the trees around my home. I always try to photograph them but I can never really capture their amazing beauty.
Thankfully, when I posed the idea to Mandy and Dillon using these spring blooms as the flowers for their groomal session they were all about it. All it took was the genius of my friend and floral designer Rachel Osguthorpe to make this dream a reality.

This is still one of my favorite weddings of all time. Not just because it was the wedding of two really great personal friends and amazing people, but because it was one of the most joyful and happy events I have ever had the pleasure of attending!! Saraah & Manny are made for each other, and I was so lucky to be able to document their special day.
Wedding Location: Draper, Utah LDS Temple
Reception Location & Catering: Cactus & Tropicals

Brides Dress: David’s Bridal
Grooms Outfit: H&M
These two. So adorable. What else can I say.
One year ago, Skyer and London fell in love and got married. Fast forward a year and they are happier than they have ever been! So, as a present to themselves near their one year anniversary, we pulled London’s beautiful wedding dress out of her closet where it was just collecting dust, got them all dressed up, and did this beautiful photo shoot.
I had never thought about doing this kind of photo shoot, but what better way do re-capture your love and those wedding butterflies than to get your photos done as bride and groom again!
If you loved this shoot as much as I did, and would love to book a photo shoot of your own, just follow the contact link at the top of this page.
Nathan and Kris live in the small town of Escalante, UT, which is in the middle of nowhere in
central southern Utah. It is however right in the middle of some beautiful national monuments and high desert mountains.
Kris is a farm girl from Idaho Falls moved down to Escalante a few years ago to work for the Bureau of Land Management and that’s
where she met Nate whose family owns the Escalante Outfitters (HTTP://WWW.ESCALANTEOUTFITTERS.COM/) a sportsman outfitters and guide
shop in town. Nate is a local backpacking and fly fishing guide. Needless to say, when these two outdoorsy people decided to get married,
it had to be done somewhere in the mountains!
The wedding is a complete DIY job from the food, to the decor, down to the brides dress which was purchased at David’s Bridal but then completely
changed to a design the bride had in mind. Nate even built Kris a bridal tent in the mountains where she could get ready and where they stayed their first night as a married couple. The whole event was very personal.
I loved every second of this wedding!
